Our Process
THE MEETING
- We set up a ZOOM/phone call so that we can get to know you & gain info on your project.
- We decide if it’s a project that will mutually benefit all parties involved.
- We set up a home visit so we can gather more details in order to move forward – $250 fee.
- We draw up a Project Development Agreement that will advance your job to the next step.
THE DATE
- We now get to know each other better & start design & picking out finishes.
- We now have you work directly with our designer or visit our trusted suppliers.
- We create a plan & finish schedule that brings the project to life.
- We bring our trade partners in so we can begin pricing for an accurate Proposal.
THE ENGAGEMENT
- We put our Package together and make another home visit to go over the project, in detail.
- We review plans, specifications, selections, material, pricing and a preliminary schedule.
THE MARRIAGE
- We sign all needed paperwork (contracts) & begin the process of bringing your vision to life.
- You are given access to our software, which keeps you up to date on the progress of your job.
- We apply for necessary permits.
- We order material & schedule delivery.
- We introduce you to our Team and begin the construction process.
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
- All marriages have ups & downs, so we plan for that. You will be provided with our 2 year “NO QUESTIONS ASKED” written warranty.
- We will have a final meeting/walk-through & go over all operations of fixtures & appliances.
- We are ALWAYS here when you need us!
