- Set up an appointment for a site visit so we can see your home and discuss your project. At that time, we will give you a “ballpark estimate” based on our conversation.
If you would like to move further with our services, we then enter into a fee-based “pre-construction services agreement.” That agreement includes…..
- A detailed estimate of your project, including your selections & finishes
- A detailed “scope of work” which spells out all aspects & details of your project.
- A schedule for your project.
- A 3-D drawing of your project, if applicable.
If your project includes any engineering or custom layout and design, we will connect you with a design firm that will take you through a process to get your project and plans ready for construction.
